Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

How long does it take to process an order?
Production and fulfillment time depends on the order and the location of the carrier. Average from 5-7 business days with normal conditions. Express order requires minimum 2 business days. Usually we will ship the product sooner than expected.
Can I print a sample product first?
As the costs are quite expensive and take time to set up initially. You can get a free printed sample t-shirt if you confirm an order with 100 shirts or more. Alternatively, you can order and pay non-refundable with our 30% off policy. This money is to pay for printing ink, blank shirt, depreciation, transportation...
Can I print on my shirts?
Absolutely, however your product needs to be checked by our technician first. We only charge the printing fee. Note: for the products from you we will not be responsible for any risks during production and transportation.
Do you have delivery service?
Unfortunately we do not have an in-house delivery department. However, we use popular shipping services in Vietnam such as: GHTK, GHN, Ahamove, GRAB, Ninjavan Customizable depending on location and cost.
How do I pay?
You can pay via bank transfer, Momo e-wallet, or Cash on delivery. In case you have a request a VAT invoice, please notify us in advance.
